Welcome to therapy
I want you to know that I see you. I see you hurting. I see you doing your best to get through your day, feeling like you’re failing. I see you struggling and fighting anyway. You smile, you keep pushing. You stuff down all the fear, the anger, the stress, the pain, and you put on a brave face. But it takes a toll. I can help. It doesn’t have to feel this bad.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together we can create a safe space where you can explore your feelings, build resiliency, and develop strategies to help you manage a little bit easier. I offer a warm, empathic, down-to-earth approach to therapy, combining deep listening with compassion and humor. I focus on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, stress, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and play therapy—all evidence-informed approaches that prioritize the healing power of the therapeutic relationship.
