I want you to know that I see you. I see you hurting. I see you doing your best to get through your day, feeling like you’re failing. I see you struggling and fighting anyway. You smile, you keep pushing. You stuff down all the fear, the anger, the stress, the pain, and you put on a brave face. But it takes a toll. I can help. It doesn’t have to feel this bad.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together we can create a safe space where you can process your feelings, build resiliency, and develop strategies to help you manage a little bit easier. I use empathy, compassion, humor, and an ability to listen deeply to help individuals struggling with depression, burnout, identity formation, and trauma.
