Services

I provide individual and family therapy. Sessions can be held in-person or through a secure video link, whichever feels more comfortable to you. I work using a combination of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and play therapy. All of these theoretical orientations focus on building the relationship between the therapist and client to help healing. It is focused on creating a safe space for you to feel your feelings without fear of judgement or shame. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your individual needs and we can see if we are a good fit for each other. My practice is LGBTQ+ allied and open to all cultures.

Children’s Therapy (ages 7-12)

Small humans with individual personalities and big feelings, children have specific needs. I focus on child centered play therapy from an interpersonal neurobiology lens to provide a safe space to process these feelings. I use the power of play to help children develop skills to communicate their needs, advocate for themselves, and manage their feelings. I also work closely with parents to build strategies to support their children and improve the parent/child relationship.

Women’s Issues

Women face specific challenges and my goal in therapy is to help them feel seen and known. Motherhood, sexual identity formation, life transitions, trauma, school challenges, pregnancy, postpartum transition, relationship struggles, compassion fatigue, finding that work/life balance. I can help you increase your understanding of your internal landscape and work with you to identify core values. We can work together to bring peace into your life.

Depression and Burnout

I know that pain. That burnt out, broken, scary feeling that makes getting out of bed a challenge. When even the smallest tasks feel like insurmountable challenges. Let’s work together to process the survival patterns that have brought you here. We will develop strategies to help you practice self-care, build healthy boundaries, and safely process your experiences so you can feel better.

Nuts and Bolts

  • Fees

For individuals, both adults and children, my current fee is $206 per 45 minute session. I strongly believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. If finances are a concern for you or your family, please contact me to discuss my sliding scale availability.

  • Types of Payment Accepted

I accept cash and credit card. Although I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurances.

  • Policies

For children’s services (including adolescents and teens), I require quarterly parent sessions to support your child’s progress in therapy.

If you need to cancel a session, I ask for 48 hours notice. I will work with you to reschedule if possible to support consistency in therapy.
